Need to return or exchange your purchase?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your purchase within 7 days of RMA# receipt.
NOTE:
·DUE TO HEALTH RESTRICTIONS, WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR ANY LINGERIE, HOSIERY OR INTIMATE APPAREL ITEMS.
·FOR FORMAL DRESSES return and exchange: Refund will be issued minus the shipping cost and a restocking fee of 30% of the dress price.
·WE WILL NOT ACCEPT A RETURN and no refund will be issued if there are any signs of wear, including but not limited to perfume odor.
1. You must request an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number within 3 days of receipt before making a return: To request an RMA number simply email us at service@vogueinstyle.com and request an RMA number. Please be sure to let us know in your email: (1) What you would like to return. (2) Why you want to return it. The RMA number, once received, must be written in a conspicuous place on the copy of your packing slip.
2. Please note: For a return to be accepted for FULL refund of item price, items must be in their original purchase condition, including the original product packaging, manufacturer's containers, documentation, manuals, and all accessories. Any item that you received with tags attached must be returned with those tags intact. All packaging, including the original manufacturer's containers, must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner. Returns that do not meet these requirements will be charged a restocking fee of $15.00 and your refund will have that amount deducted from it.
3. For any returned packages with failure delivery, i.e., multiple delivery attempts, insufficient address information, or delivery refusal, you will be issued a store credit for the amount of the purchase, minus original shipping cost and return shipping cost, if applicable, as well as a $15.00 restocking fee.
Will I be charged for return shipping?
If you are retuning a purchase due to a manufacture defect or receiving the wrong product, you will be reimbursed for the return shipping cost equal or lesser than the original shipping cost.If you choose to use a return shipping method that exceeds the original cost, you will be responsible for any amount over the original shipping cost.
If the return is not due to a manufacture defect or receiving wrong products, the return shipping will be at your expense, using the carrier of your choice
Is the original shipping refundable?
If you are retuning a purchase due to a manufacture defect or receiving the wrong product, original shipping is refundable.
International Order Policy
We are not able to provide destination country tax or duty charge if it is occurred. Please check any restrictions, duties, taxes and any other fees which are collected from your country before you place the order. VogueInStyle.com will NOT be responsible for any of the above duties and fees.
If the order arrives at your country and any of the following occur: (1) The customer refuses to accept the package. (2) No attempt is made in the country of destination to deliver the package. VogueInStyle.com reserves the right to abandon the package(s) and WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE for any refund.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order as long as your order is still in process. Once your order has been shipped, you cannot cancel your order. To cancel your order please simply reply to the order confirmation email with "CANCEL ORDER" in the subject line.
Order Refused
Please be aware that if you are unavailable to receive your package, they will make several attempts and leave notification before returning the item to us. Per our return policy, if this happens you will be issued a store credit for the amount of the purchase, minus original shipping cost and return shipping cost, if applicable, as well as a $15.00 restocking fee. If you have not received your package in 10 business days, please contact Local Office with your tracking number.
